The role of Salesforce Developer at DemandGen is unique in that it requires not only Saleforce.com developer skills, but applying those skills in the context of supporting the needs of a Marketing organization on the CRM platform. Knowledge and understanding of major marketing automation platforms (Eloqua & Marketo) is a huge plus, as our primary point-of-contact is typically within the Marketing Organization.
The Solutions Architect is a hands-on Marketo user, with deep knowledge of the product. In this role, you will lead the technical portion of Marketo projects and provide best practices to the client. The role requires the ability to listen to and gather customer requirements, work with a team to determine the best solution, and build that solution in Marketo and other systems (CRM, 3rd party, etc), in collaboration with teammates and clients. The Solutions Architect will work on many customer projects at the same time, and must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs.
We are hiring Account Executives to promote and sell the company’s solutions and services by building relationships with marketing professionals at target accounts. The primary focus of this role is to articulate DemandGen’s value proposition, qualify prospects, and coordinate sales cycles to achieve sales quota & revenue goals established by the company.
Accountable for developing and maintaining trusted and consultative long-term relationships with assigned clients.
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will have a direct impact on the success of our clients based on their adoption of marketing automation to help grow their businesses. You will be responsible for working directly with DemandGen’s clients to understand their objectives, needs and challenges, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. You will liaise with DemandGen’s internal teams to guide clients’ projects to successful completion, build client satisfaction and referenceability, identify opportunities among your assigned accounts, and develop comprehensive account plans.
