To maintain steady growth, Citrix System’s Global Demand Center team needed to ramp up its efforts to extend into new regions, including EMEA. Additionally, the team’s activities in the North American region were increasing, overloading the existing four-member team.
Over the past year, DemandGen has helped Citrix complete 1,433 campaigns. With DemandGen handling most of the execution work, the existing in-house team can refocus their efforts on more complex, business-critical tasks, such as planning and analysis.
